Oregon Hardware Issue

Logged: Monday 22nd August, 2016 @ 11:22 | Last Updated: Monday 22nd August, 2016 @ 23:26

Summary: Dear Customer,

We're currently experiencing issues with our cPanel shared server Oregon. This has experienced a RAID array failure.

Our team are moving sites to new hardware now. We will update this thread as soon as a timescale is established.

Updated: Monday 22nd August, 2016 @ 14:46

All accounts hosted on Oregon are now being recovered from their most recent backups to a new server. We are expecting sites to slowly come back online over the next few hours however restoring all data will take some time. We will update this page as soon as we are able to.

Updated: Monday 22nd August, 2016 @ 18:23

Data is still copying. We anticipate the majority of accounts will be back online within the next 2 - 4 hours.

All accounts are now restored and the new server is up and running. If you still see any problems please contact us for assistance - please include as many details as possible. Additionally, the new system runs Cloudlinux so PHP versions, modules and settings can be customised via cPanel - PHP Selector.
